Job summary

Heritage Foods Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to oversee dairy plant construction and related site activities. The role involves end-to-end project execution, equipment installation, and coordination with authorities and vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Candidate should possess hands-on experience with dairy plant equipment and strong stakeholder management skills to drive efficient project delivery across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong exposure to greenfield / brownfield projects.
• Hands-on experience with dairy plant equipment & utilities.
• Strong stakeholder & OEM management skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualitative execution of projects across multiple locations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule.
• Material planning, tracking, and accounting for project execution.
• Lead site development & construction of dairy plants and chilling centers.
• Handle installation, erection, commissioning & maintenance of dairy equipment: Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, Separators, Packing Machines, Ammonia Refrigeration, Cold Rooms & Utilities.
• Liaison with govt authorities (Factories, CEIG, IBR, PCB) for approvals.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and standards implementation.
• Team management and efficient manpower utilization.
• Vendor identification, contractor management & administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams & OEMs for seamless project execution.
• Ensure statutory compliance for new / expansion projects.
• Implement TPM, ISO, SHE, FSSAI standards.
• Maintain records and submit periodic project reports.
