Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate and supervise works in alignment with the master project schedule and other trade packages. You will execute on-site tasks per drawings and specifications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive field execution and construction experience, with a proven track record in site quality management across the project life cycle.

• 11+ years’ field execution/construction experience delivering projects on quality and timelines.
• Proven track record in site quality management across the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise works in line with the master project schedule and other trade packages.
• Review and approve quality of works and monitor progress on site.
• Establish and maintain on-site procedures for record-keeping: logs, drawings register, manpower, safety logs.
• Assist Project/Construction Managers in reviewing contractor quality and time plans and provide recommendations.
• Anticipate risks and coordinate with Planning Manager to mitigate them.

About the Role: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve quality of works and align the same with other work packages. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project schedule Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc. Supervise, Monitor Quality for executed / ongoing works and report any areas where improvement is required. Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s quality and time plans and produce recommendations. Anticipate risks in advance and interacwith Planning Manager to mitigate risks

About You

11+ years’ experience on Field Execution / Construction Experience in delivering the project within Set Quality & Execution parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project. Proven track record in site Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
