Role Overview
Lead the PMO office of the People/HR Function at our Bangalore office. Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and People Practice leaders to drive strategic initiatives, align executive priorities, and deliver insightful, data‑driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CPO and People Practice leaders on strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) of the People Function.
- Build and publish dashboards and reports—delivering meaningful insights and tracking progress.
- Monitor industry best practices, educate and recommend new initiatives around productivity enhancement and employee experience.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution across People Practice initiatives and projects.
- Drive strategic project management: ensure timely execution, cross‑functional coordination, and alignment with the CPO’s priorities.
- Provide intelligence and foresight: analyse internal and external trends to support decision‑making and shape future‑ready people strategies.
- Design and lead strategic reviews, including annual strategy presentations and governance cadences for the People Practice function.
- Execute a compelling people communication strategy.
- Support and contribute to organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in People Practice / HR function with at least 2–3 years in PMO, Strategic Initiative or Strategy office.
- Exposure to executive‑level stakeholders; high EQ and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build trust.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and executive reporting.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to connect people, business, and culture.
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; able to drive clarity through complexity.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation, dashboards, and deriving insights.
- Exposure to change management, M&A integration, and leadership enablement is a plus.
Education: Preferably Engineer + MBA
