Job summary

WPP Media, India, seeks a Manager Social to collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. You will lead paid social strategies, optimize campaigns, and present performance insights to clients.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on experience with paid social, strong platform knowledge (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat), and excellent communication. We offer a hybrid model with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation or post graduate degree in any stream.
• 4–6 years of experience in running paid social campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
• Experience creating media plans for client briefs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and social media tools like SocialFlow, Sprinklr.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Hands-on experience in social media advertising and optimization.
• Active interest in digital paid media, planning, strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Team management capability.

Role Summary And Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Social who will:

• Make Strategies and Planning
• Execution and Optimization for Paid campaigns across social media platforms
• Create Performance reports & review deck for clients
• Understand the projects and clients requirements & deliver accordingly
• Coordinate with cross functions to deploy campaigns

Skills And Experience

• Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Any stream
• 4-6 years of Experience of running paid social campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.)
• Have created Media plans for client briefs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Social Media Management Tools like SocialFlow, Sprinklr, etc
• Should be able to Multi task and handle multiple clients at one time
• Hand on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization
• Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.
