Job summary

Leading Chemicals Mfg. Company in Dahej, Bharuch district seeks a Manager - Operations Excellence to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The role emphasizes leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and cost-improvement projects.

You will map processes, analyze data, and spearhead optimization efforts to improve throughput, reliability and costs. A B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 11–20 years of experience in chemical manufacturing / operations.
• Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and cost improvement projects.
