Clariant in Bonthapally (Hyderabad area) seeks a Manager Operation Excellence-Black Belt to drive site-level operational excellence initiatives and KPI deployment. You will lead black belt projects, train belts, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver cost savings while coaching teams for certification milestones.

The role requires a Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) and suitable chemical engineering or chemistry background, with a strong emphasis on performance management and

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Masters in Chemistry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification mandatory.
• Black Belt certification preferred.

The Manager Operation Excellence-Black Belt will be accountable for all the Operational Excellence initiatives at Site in Bonthapally, Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Black belt Operations.
• Coordinate with all the stake holders for Cost saving initiatives.
• Instrumental in training of Yellow and Green Blet.
• Coach the Trained Green belts for Certification projects.
• Assist the Site Manager for Performance Management review and KPI review.
• Construct the SITE KPI in coordination with Site Manager and ensure they are deployed to all levels.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate to be either a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Chemistry.
• Mandatory to be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• Preferred if a Black Belt certification is available.
