Job summary

Clariant SE is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to deliver end-to-end Smart Automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation in Navi Mumbai. You will guide teams and stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure automation solutions and high-quality deliverables across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4–5 years of UiPath experience, strong Python scripting, and exposure to databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on UiPath development experience (4–5 years).
• Strong Python scripting expertise.
• Practical experience with databases.
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure) preferred.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile SDLC environments.
• SAP automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce quality assurance standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

• Identify and mitigate risks, including scope changes, technology constraints, and security concerns.
• Mentor team members, address skill gaps, and build capability within the automation team.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business.
