Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Mysuru is seeking a Branch Manager for Open Market Agency to drive agency premium in Health business. The role focuses on expanding agency recruitment and strengthening the DO network in the region.

You will lead 6-8 Sales Managers, implement region-specific plans, and monitor performance against defined targets while collaborating with Retail Business Group and the Health unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher education required.
• Experience in driving agency premium in Health business is preferred.
