Job summary

Subham Hospital & Diagnostic Centre in India is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee hospital facilities, maintenance, and patient care services. You will coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow, manage inventories, and drive daily MIS reporting to the COO.

The role covers OPD, IPD, NICU, ICCU, OT, Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology, with focus on compliance and service quality. You will lead VIP & special services, billing processes, and cross-department collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital operations or healthcare facility management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and record-keeping in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of hospital facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and patient care services.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality treatment.
• Daily MIS reporting to COO and oversight of OPD, IPD, NICU, ICCU, OT, Pharmacy, Laboratory & Radiology.
• Oversee inventory management for medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of hospital operations and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of hospital facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and patient care services.
• Patient Counseling, Doctor Coordination, Billing, Discounts, Extra Mile Services for VIP & VVIP.
• Daily MIS reporting to COO.
  
• Oversee daily activities of various departments such as OPD, IPD, NICU, ICCU, Operation Theater (OT), Pharmacy, Laboratory & Radiology.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality treatment.
  
• Manage inventory management for medical supplies and equipment.
  
• Maintain accurate records of hospital operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
