Job summary

Resonia seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager - O&M (Substation) to handle operation and maintenance of over 2000 km of transmission lines, including 765 kV and 400 kV assets. The role focuses on planning, daily patrols, and maintaining reliability through proactive maintenance and outage coordination.

Ideal candidates possess strong coordination with DISCOM/NRLDC and hands-on experience with PM/maintenance cycles for large transmission networks.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with external agencies, clients, architects and consultants to determine technical specs and approvals.
• Supervising construction activities with technical inputs and site management coordination.
• Experience in 400/765 kV line charging and O&M commissioning.
• Rout alignment and installation work for tower components and emergency tasks.
• Monitoring and recording regular line patrolling during O&M.
• Maintain line availability and reliability through regular maintenance.
• Coordinate with DISCOM, NRLDC and State LDC for outage shutdowns.

Position Summary

Handling of operation and Maintenance of above 2000 KM Line maintenance

Availability for 765 KV and 400 KV lines. Managing of O&M activities and Handling of complete PM activies cycle of the O&M Management through planning, tracking daily line patrolling process and taking necessary measures to stay on course.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
• Experience of 400 KV & 765 KV Line charging & O&M commissioning work.
• ERS rout alignment and Installation work for Tower collops emergency work.
• Monitoring and record of Regular ground patrolling work of line in Operation & Maintenance work.
• Maintain line availability and reliability of Transmission Line with regular maintenance activities.
• Coordination with DISCOM, NRLDC & State LDC for getting outage shutdown for regular maintenance work
