Job summary

Lattice Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a capable Network Development professional in Delhi to expand and optimize the 1Network across Members, IPs, OPs, and partners. You will oversee acquisition, onboarding, profiling and engagement to ensure broad coverage and high-quality data.

The role requires 4–6 years in market research or related data services with strong vendor management and team leadership, plus excellent communication for stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in market research, panel/sample/community management, or data services.
• Experience guiding a team.
• Strong understanding of member acquisition and engagement.
• Ability to map CPI economics, data quality, and fraud indicators.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the proprietary member base across B2C, B2B and Professionals.
• Own member acquisition, onboarding, profiling, verification, segmentation, engagement, retention/reactivation, quality scoring and identification of coverage gaps.
• Build and manage the network of individual partners who provide access to members/sample. Own IP identification, onboarding, capability mapping, engagement, performance reviews, quality assessment, commercials and development of high-performing IPs.
• Build reusable proprietary knowledge from the network: feasibility benchmarks, incidence rates, CPI benchmarks, sample availability, member profiles, IP/OP capability maps, historical performance, quality/fraud signals, recruitment approaches and other accumulated network intelligence.
• Continuously improve the machinery behind 1Network: member/IP/OP databases, CRM hygiene, onboarding workflows, SOPs, dashboards, technology and automation, governance, capacity visibility, performance measurement and process improvement.

About the role:

1Network Development

Mandate:

Build, deepen and continuously improve 1Network across Members, Individual Partners (IPs), Organizational Partners (OPs), Network IP and Network Operations, improving coverage, quality, engagement, speed and economics.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Member Network

Build and strengthen the proprietary member base across B2C, B2B and Professionals. Own member acquisition, onboarding, profiling, verification, segmentation, engagement, retention/reactivation, quality scoring and identification of coverage gaps.

2. Individual Partners (IPs)

Build and manage the network of individual partners who provide access to members/sample. Own IP identification, onboarding, capability mapping, engagement, performance reviews, quality assessment, commercials and development of high-performing IPs.

3. Organizational Partners (OPs)

Build and manage organizations that provide sample/recruitment capabilities. Own partner sourcing, onboarding, commercial negotiations, capability and coverage mapping, ongoing engagement, performance scorecards, quality reviews and replacement/development of weak partners.

4. Network IP

Build reusable proprietary knowledge from the network: feasibility benchmarks, incidence rates, CPI benchmarks, sample availability, member profiles, IP/OP capability maps, historical performance, quality/fraud signals, recruitment approaches and other accumulated network intelligence.

5. Network Operations & Infrastructure

Continuously improve the machinery behind 1Network: member/IP/OP databases, CRM hygiene, onboarding workflows, SOPs, dashboards, technology and automation, governance, capacity visibility, performance measurement and process improvement.

Competencies and skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in market research, panel / sample / community management, vendor management or data services, including experience guiding a team.
• Good understanding of the sample and panel ecosystem: member acquisition and engagement, IP/OP models, feasibility, incidence rates, CPI economics and data quality / fraud prevention.
• Strong vendor and partner management skills, including commercial negotiation and performance reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn network and performance data into benchmarks and decisions.
• Process orientation, with working knowledge of CRM, databases, dashboards and SOPs, and the ability to work with technology teams.
• Team management skills: coaching, delegating and building team culture.
• Good communication skills, both written (slide / text output) and verbal, for internal stakeholders and external partners.
