Job summary

QBurst in India is seeking a Senior .NET Architect/Lead to mentor development teams and drive end-to-end delivery of complex applications.

You will design scalable systems using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices, establish coding standards and drive best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in .NET development, leadership, or solution architecture with hands-on coding (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.
• Experience in Microservices architecture, RESTful API development, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, EF Core, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of LINQ, async programming, and DI.
• Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT for auth.
• Azure cloud services, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest.
• Full-stack exposure with Angular/React is nice.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Functions, and Event Grid is an advantage.

Requirements

• 6-15 years of experience in .NET application development, technical leadership, or solution architecture, with strong hands‑on coding expertise (mandatory).


• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.


• Experience in Microservices architecture, RESTful API development, design patterns, and SOLID principles.


• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Stored Procedures, Entity Framework Core, and database optimization.


• Strong knowledge of LINQ, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection.


• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT for authentication and authorization.


• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.


• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.


• Good to have full‑stack development experience with Angular or React.


• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid is an advantage.


• Knowledge of Redis, distributed caching, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and event‑driven architectures is desirable.


• Familiarity with application monitoring using Azure Application Insights is an added advantage.


• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, drive technical decisions, and ensure quality delivery.


• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ownership and accountability.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
