Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of experience in CSR, Monitoring & Evaluation, programme management, or development sector.
• Experience with NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, research agencies, and government stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of impact assessment, Theory of Change, LFA, and results-based management.
• Experience managing digital MIS platforms, monitoring software, and data-driven reporting systems.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for developing and strengthening M&E frameworks, KPIs, digital MIS platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making and effective programme management. The candidate will work closely with CSR teams, implementation partners, and leadership to track programme performance, measure impact, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement.
