Job summary

Qualifications

Project management
Review and monitor regional MEP projects, using construction expertise across design, installation and coordination with other verticals.
Provide installation planning input, track planned vs actual progress and support course correction.
Drive efficiency, productivity, quality and timeliness.
Financial controls
Collect outstanding payments on ongoing and legacy projects to meet the capital employed and monthly collection plans. Invoice on time to minimise REB.
Keep cash flow positive and control capital, debt, PMC and labour costs.
Enforce financial controls and policy compliance, and report transparently (CVR and monthly MPR).
Resource management and productivity
Allocate staffing project-wise, including FTEs and foremen, and get login approvals on time.
Raise site productivity through RMG initiatives for PAs, foremen and workmen. Keep work order processing and PA payouts transparent.
Customer relationship
Update customers, PMCs and consultants on progress and resolve pending issues.
Meet customer expectations and build strong relationships.
3C excellence - Demonstrate the Superior Project Delivery proposition at sites through 3C initiatives.
Audits, quality and safety
Certify monthly contractor and subcontractor invoices, and audit MEP subcontractor performance with corrective actions.
Follow the project QA/QC manual and ensure statutory and safety compliance.
Monitor the EHS scorecard and act on gaps.
