Job summary

India Pharma People in Mumbai seeks a Manager Medico Marketing for the IVF Division to lead medical strategy and ensure scientific accuracy in promotional materials.

The role involves literature surveys, product education for Sales teams, coordination with CROs, DCGI data submissions, and ongoing collaboration with Marketing to shape competitive market approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature survey and provide medical rationale / medical manual for existing and new products introduction.
• Keep abreast of the latest scientific information on products /therapy areas/ landmark trials/guidelines form scientific associations and therapy areas.
• Provide technical support to the Marketing / Sales team in terms of product knowledge/ positioning statements / SWOT.
• Design Promotional inputs in the form of updates / References / Product Monograph / LBL / Tablets/ Presentation for CMEs/ Doctors group meetings/Advisory board meetings.
• Impart Training to product Management team / Field personnel.
• Validate medical content in Marketing inputs for accuracy and high scientific quality.
• Ensure good customer relations by addressing queries from field force and doctors along with relevant scientific support.
• Co-ordination with CRO and monitoring the clinical studies.
• Submission and presentation of clinical data to DCGI and responding to their queries while doing clinical studies or related activities.
• Work closely with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials.
• Evaluating the new products/ merits/ need gap/ competitors landscape /pricing /market research
• Provide support to regulatory affairs department for obtaining applicable product licenses.
• Conduct analysis products and products pipeline
• Building a professional rapport with Key Opinion Leaders
