Rupeek is seeking a Manager - Lender Partnerships (P&L) to lead and scale our partnerships with lender banks nationwide. The role focuses on driving book and revenue growth, managing senior stakeholder engagements, and delivering across product, operations, and finance.
The ideal candidate has an MBA or CA, 5-15 years in lending or partnership roles, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Travel is required to sustain national partnerships.

Profile Summary
As a Lending Partnerships P&L at Rupeek Fintech, your role is pivotal in establishing, scaling and managing driving strategic initiatives in partnerships with lender partners. You will be expected to drive engagement on all levels - management, technology, product, operations, PnL and finance -between Rupeek and partner banks to deliver strong book and revenue growth for the managed partnerships. The profile also entails creating and managing deep relationships with senior management of top banks across the country.
