Job summary

Snapmint is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and evaluate AI-first training programs that uplift employee skills, performance, and career growth. You will partner with department heads to identify gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing an integrated learning strategy, onboarding and AI literacy programs, end-to-end delivery, LMS management, and measuring ROI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Payment Gateway or Lending industry.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model).
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to measuring training ROI.

• Embed with teams to understand their workflows and identify skill gaps; prioritize high impact training interventions aligned to business goals
• Design structured onboarding, functional, and AI-literacy training programs. Manage end-to-end delivery including scheduling, communications, logistics, and day-of execution to ensure consistency and outcomes
• Incorporate and run the LMS
• Demonstrate how training investments close skill gaps and drive measurable business results
• Build strong partnerships with department heads and business leaders - identify, negotiate, and manage external trainers and content providers to ensure quality, value, and smooth delivery
