Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in student/learner affairs, higher education, HR (people development), counseling/psychology, or related youth-engagement roles.
• MBA in Human Resources or Master’s in Psychology preferred.
• Student-centric mindset, bias for action, emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and data-informed approach.

• Lead planning and execution of learner-centric programmes and services with ownership and speed.

• Design metrics and feedback systems to measure outcomes; analyze data and recommend improvements to the Dean.

Requirements

• Student-centric mindset, bias for action, emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and data-informed approach.
