Job summary

Nexgentek is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across VPN, cloud, and collaboration platforms. The role emphasizes network security, endpoint management, and platform administration in a growing global organization.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of IT support or network administration experience, a B.Tech or equivalent, and hands-on expertise with Azure, AWS, Zoho Endpoint Management, RingCentral, and Office 365.

Qualifications

• This role requires a BTech or equivalent degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support VPN access for remote users
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure VPN operations
• Configure and manage firewalls to enhance network security and optimize performance
• Administer user accounts and enforce password and access policies
• Assist users with password resets and account access issues
• Manage software updates and patch releases across systems
• Support endpoint management solutions with exposure to Zoho Endpoint Management preferred
• Ensure compliance with security policies across all endpoints
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Manage user accounts and resources across cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
• Assist in maintaining secure and optimized cloud environments
• Provide hardware and software support for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and software conflicts
• Support onboarding and offboarding related IT activities
• Handle procurement, inventory tracking and maintenance of IT equipment
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and lifecycle status
• Coordinate equipment allocation, replacement and recovery
• Create and maintain IT documentation, user guides and SOPs
• Ensure documentation reflects current systems and processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users and stakeholders
• Manage and support RingCentral environments
• Administer Office 365 user access, mailboxes and configurations
• Support collaboration and communication platforms

NexGenTek is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, anddeliver responsive technical support to internal teams. The role requires handson ownership of network security, cloud resource management, endpointadministration, and IT asset management across a growing global organization.

This position plays a critical role in maintainingsecure, stable, and scalable IT operations while supporting users acrossmultiple platforms and environments.

KeyResponsibilities

Network Security and Access Management

• Manage and support VPN access for remote users


• Troubleshoot connectivity issues andensure secure VPN operations


• Configure and manage firewalls toenhance network security and optimize performance

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology B Tech or equivalent

Professional Experience

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or networkadministration roles


• Experience supporting enterprise ITenvironments preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of VPN configurations firewallmanagement and network security


• Familiarity with Zoho EndpointManagement


• Working knowledge of Azure and AWScloud platforms


• Hands on experience supporting WindowsMac and Linux systems


• Experience handling IT procurement andasset management


• Exposure to RingCentral and Office 365administration is a strong plus
