SiriusAI is seeking an experienced IT Administrator in Gurugram, India to manage IT systems, provide user support, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux, networking, and security practices.

Responsibilities include network monitoring, security implementation, backup planning, software deployment, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years as an IT Administrator or similar role, with a strong technical background in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in M365, operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices for securing IT environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding, provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and devices.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, IDS, phishing protection, encryption).
  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and patches.
  • Maintain documentation and inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Enforce IT policies, access controls, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (ISO-27001, SOC2).
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment, licenses, and services.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to users and colleagues.

Job description

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain all aspects of our IT systems, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, cameras, audio video devices, biometric access control system, and other peripherals.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to all organization employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related queries using the established ticketing system for all types of IT support requests.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, devices, applications, and system access.
  • Microsoft 365 administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and related security and compliance features.
  • Network Management: Monitor network performance, configure network devices, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure reliable and secure access to resources.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, phishing protection and data encryption.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure the integrity and availability of critical data in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Software Installation and Updates: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Documentation and Inventory: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • IT Policies and Compliance: Enforce IT policies and procedures, including access control, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards like ISO-27001 and SOC2.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and technical support services as needed.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to end-users on IT tools and best practices and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance IT skills across the organization.
