Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a managing-level technical leader in Maharashtra to coordinate cross-functional teams, architects, and software consultants. The role ensures that functional specifications translate into scalable, maintainable solutions and oversees release management.

You will mentor developers, drive architecture decisions, and provide guidance across the software development lifecycle, with hands-on coding limited to complex issues when required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management required.

Job Summary

This managing-level position is responsible for the collaboration between team members, architects, and/or software consultants to ensure functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs. This role manages the review and implementation of recommendations for technical solutions and ensures appropriate resources to address incident support and troubleshooting. In addition, this role manages a technical team throughout the release schedule of business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment. This position ensures appropriate guidance and mentoring is provided to other technical resources in the application development process and manages efforts to ensure new and existing software solutions are developed with insight into industry best practices, strategies, and architectures.

• Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD.
• Should have hands-on coding experience in Node.js or Java.
• The team will include members with full-stack and front-end/CMS (Tridion) expertise.

• Around 80–90% of the role will focus on technical guidance, architecture support, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Around 10–20% will involve hands-on coding, mainly to support the team with complex technical issues and delivery challenges.
• Looking for someone who can lead technically while still being hands-on when needed.
