Job summary

Shubham Housing Development Finance is seeking an IT Compliance and Applications Specialist to manage daily user deactivations, ensure compliance, and report quarterly to leadership. You will perform health checks across core apps, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate security and DR activities with the IS team.

Responsibilities include maintaining application trackers, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining application trackers and managing support levels.
• Familiar with change management and user management.
• Strong training, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MIS/Excel and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Process daily user deactivations for compliance and report monthly/quarterly to management.
• Perform health checks and SOC reports; validate logs across business apps.
• Troubleshoot basic IT application issues and understand business context.
• Ensure high availability of mobile apps for customer support; work with IS team on VAPT and data security checklist.
• Maintain applications and coordinate with vendors monthly and quarterly.
• Continuously evolve processes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain security checks related to all business applications and VAPT/internal audit/risk analysis.
• Initiate system activities like DR, quarterly security audits, restoration policy, and internal audits.
• Vendor review on a monthly/quarterly basis; analyze performance and closure of issues.

Responsibilities/ Duties

• Following process for daily user deactivations as compliance requirement and reporting to Management on Monthly & Quarterly Basis.
• Check list/Health check/SOC Reports/Loges data against all business applications.
• Troubleshooting of basic IT Application issues and Business Understanding.
• High availability of Mobile Applications for Customer Support, Closely Working with the IS team for VAPT and Data Protection and security Checklist.
• Maintain applications and co-ordinate with the vendors on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes.
• Maintaining the Security checks, related to All business applications and VAPT/Internal Audit/Risk analysis.
• Initiating All System Related activity like DR/quarterly Security Audit/restoration policy /and internal Audit.
• Vendor Review on quarterly/Monthly basis/performance analysis and Issues TAT matrix and Closer.
