• Front office support for deal execution, cash flow projections and regulatory/internal reporting
• Back up to the team to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare available cash, liquidity management, payins, and investments with mutual fund houses
• Settlement of trades and timely reporting with custodian instructions
• Assist in preparing management and regulatory presentations
• Automate processes and test new systems

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Front office Support: Continuous support to Front office in terms of deal execution, cash flow projections and regulatory /internal reporting
• Team Support: Back up to the team members to ensure that there is no break in the normal functioning of the team
• Finance Support: Assisting the finance team in financial preparations
• Daily activities: Preparation of available cash, liquidity management, processing of payin(receipt of inflows from subscribers), investments with mutual fund houses, payments processing for deals
• Investment Trades: Settlement of trades, timely reporting, instructions to be given to the custodian
• Assisting in reporting: preparation of management presentations, timely reporting, preparation of regulatory presentations
• Automation of processes and testing of new systems

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with interest or experience into handling investment operations responsibilities for a fund management company
