Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a Head HR Industrial Relations and Administration for a pan-India manufacturing group based in India. The role focuses 70% on Industrial Relations and 30% on HR operations, overseeing plant-level IR, compliance, and admin functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong IR experience at the plant level, deep knowledge of labour laws, and exposure to core HR activities across multiple plants.
