This position represents an opportunity to join a growing organization at a pivotal moment in the clean energy transition, where rigorous measurement, evaluation, and learning systems are essential to understanding progress and informing strategic decisions. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) is embedded within the organization’s operating model to ensure the team remains responsive and opportunistic while generating insights that support continuous improvement. The Manager, Impact, India and Southeast Asia will step into a start-up environment and lead the MEL function for the India and Southeast Asia portfolio while also taking responsibility for impact measurement across the Grids of the Future pillar globally. This role requires establishing and managing routine and long-term work components, ensuring efficient execution while maintaining the highest standards of impact measurement rigor. The position involves developing and implementing best-in-class monitoring, evaluation, and learning approaches tailored to complex energy and climate programs. The Manager will work collaboratively with program teams, country offices, and external partners to establish robust systems for tracking progress, validating assumptions, and extracting lessons that inform strategic decisions. This role demands both technical expertise in impact measurement and the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders, from field teams to senior leadership and external partners.
