Sr Manager/Manager - Impact Measurement (Accelerate,LiftOff)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr Manager/ Manager – Impact (Accelerate &LiftOff) initiative, which supports startups & SMBs through hybrid andplatform-led interventions.
This role is critical to ensuring that Accelerate & LiftOff’soutcomes, such as business growth, job creation and operational maturity, aremeasured in a way that balances rigor, scalability and practicality. The rolewill work closely with program leadership, platform, analytics teams andexternal agencies to ensure that the impact systems remain trusted, auditable,and decision relevant as the programs scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. LeadImpact Operations for Accelerate & LiftOff
- Own theend-to-end MEL agenda for India’s Accelerate & LiftOff initiative
- Operationalizeoutcome frameworks covering business growth, job creation and enterprisematurity
- Partnerclosely with Accelerate & LiftOff program leadership to align impactmeasurement with strategic priorities
- EnsureImpact data is timely, accurate and decision-useful for reviews and planning
- Proactivelyidentify risks in outcome reporting
2. MeasurementExecution & System Management
- Managebaseline, in-journey, end-line and outcomes tracking across cohorts, portfoliosand delivery models
- Design andimplement low-friction data collection mechanisms suitable for founders and SMBoperators
- Coordinatewith internal engineering teams and external research or validation partners
- Ensure datapipelines are robust, consistent and audit-ready
3. DataQuality, Quality Assurance & Risk Governance
- Establishand run Quality Assurance protocols on outcomes data
- Identifyand mitigate risks that may arise during program operations
- Build earlywarning indicators for response drop-offs, quality degradation or systemfailures
4. Analytics, Insights and Decision Support
- Partnerwith analytics teams to develop dashboards and insight views for leadership
- Translateoutcomes data into clear narratives and recommendations for product and programimprovements
- Supportleadership reviews with executive ready analyses highlighting what is working,what is not and why not
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- RepresentImpact Operations in program reviews and leadership discussions
- Workclosely with internal stakeholders to align measurement with delivery realitiesand embed impact tracking into workflows
- Liaise withexternal agencies on audits, surveys and/ or validations, as required
6. Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Map andrefine impact operation workflows to improve timeliness, accuracy andscalability
- Drivecontinuous improvements as Accelerate & LiftOff evolve towards platform-ledand SDS models
- Identifyopportunities for automation & standardization without compromising outcomecredibility
- Master’sdegree in business, Public Policy, Economics, Development, Statistics, or arelated field preferred
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in impactmeasurement, operations, analytics, consulting or program management
- Demonstratedexperience designing and running scalable systems to measure the impact ofadvisory interventions on startups/ SMBs performance and revenue growth
Technical Skills
- Exceptionaloperational and systems-thinking capability
- Demonstratedskill and high-level of comfort in working with data, dashboard and analyticaloutputs
- Advancedproficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL/Python/R a plus andqualitative data analysis tools such as NVivo, AtlasTI
- Understandingof outcome measurements, attribution challenges, and evaluation concepts (depthcan be built in the job)
