About the Role

As a Manager II, Site Construction with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while developing your skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Management team to discharge contractual responsibilities during the construction phase.
• Represent Worley in meetings with stakeholders.
• Direct and control the activities of the assigned staff/employees to comply with project requirements.
• Ensure implementation of the HSE plan and lead incident‑free efforts.
• Implement the construction management processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review contractor programmes, including schedules, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Advise and assist contractors in work methods.
• Ensure submission of required reports (HSE, Quality and Progress) at prescribed dates.
• Resolve issues during construction phase and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company construction methods, procedures, and practices, particularly in Quality Assurance, Safety, Personnel & Industrial Relations.
• Own the construction‑phase budget, monitor expenditures, and take actions to remain within budget.
• Maintain an inclusive environment, guide, and mentor team members for career growth.

About You

• Job specific knowledge: Hands‑on experience in construction management, HSE compliance, quality management, planning, and progress monitoring for Oil & Gas and Chemicals projects.
• Industry experience: Graduate Engineers with a minimum of 25 years of experience and successful completion of at least one project as Construction Manager in Oil & Gas or Chemicals.
• Education: Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• HSE capability: Knowledge of safe methods of execution and experience driving HSE compliance.
• IT skills: Proficient in MS Office.
• People skills: Leadership and team player.
• Other attributes: Adaptable, open to learning and development, person of integrity.
