Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in Mumbai is seeking an underwriting professional to assess cases with high quality, ensuring compliance with underwriting, compliance and statutory guidelines while maintaining strong productivity.

The role requires adherence to TAT, resolving sales queries quickly, monitoring KPIs like issuance rate and fraud prevention, and staying updated on technical underwriting knowledge to support seasonal and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of daily productivity target and maintaining highest quality.
• Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT for processing cases.
• Resolving sales queries within TAT.
• Working towards the functional KPIs like improvement in Issuance Percentage, Reduction in additional requirement, minimising revenue leakages & improvement in overall quality of business.
• To support function to manage the dynamic rising in view of seasonal business peaks, unpredictable regulatory & sales behaviours.
• To strike a good balance of risk and customer convenience.
• Ensure vigilance to prevent various kind offrauds that are prevalent in the marketplace.
• Keeping self-updated with technical knowledge required for the Underwriting role.
