Manager HRBP Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M1 Role

As the Manager - HRBP you will be a part of the HR function and will report to the Section Head - HR. The purpose of your role is to contribute to company performance through providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives, while championing DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives. The role aims to foster a high-performance culture, build a future-ready workforce, and promote an inclusive and engaged workplace. A purpose driven role for you.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• MBA or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience in HR
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, DEI, performance management, and applicable employment laws
