Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Workday integration specialist to design, build, test, document, deploy, and support complex integrations for Workday Human Resources and Financials modules. You will extend Workday with Studio, BI RT templates, and advanced APIs, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and addressing BiRT issues.

The role requires deep expertise in Core Connectors, EIBs, JSON/XML, and modern authentication methods, with a lifecycle spanning requirements to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing integration solutions using Workday Studio, XSLT, Report based Integrations and API clients.
• 3+ Years of experience designing document templates using BiRT and Workday Docs.
• Proficient in XML, XSLT, XSLT 2.0, JSON and JavaScript.
• 3+ Experience building Workday Extend applications including PMD Scripting, and Orchestration
• Ability to explain appropriate use cases for App Components and Create and maintain Business Objects Design and implement a Business Process Build and Execute an Orchestration Design and use reports using RaaS and WQL.
• Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SSO, SAML, X.509, etc.).
• Experience using Postman or SOAP UI to explore, use, and develop API s.
• Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including collecting requirements, design, development, testing, and move to production.

• Maintain an understanding of the application landscape and support maintaining documentation about all applications centred around Workday.
