Skywings Advisors in Mumbai is seeking a Branch Compliance & Audit profile with deep knowledge of statutory and labour laws as they apply to HR in the BFSI sector. The candidate will manage regulatory requirements and drive compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidate has 7–8 years of experience, with strong understanding of IRDA regulatory needs and labour law developments to ensure seamless statutory adherence.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in independently managing PAN India HR statutory & labour compliance.
• Experience preferably from BFSI sector.
• Well-versed with labour laws provisions and developments.
