Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end close process which includes preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliation, system reconciliation, etc.
• Investigate, analyze and report open/long outstanding items
• Monitor and analyze accounting records and produce financial reports/statements per US GAAP/IFRS
• Prepare statutory (VAT) and regulatory returns
• Evaluate financial performance of company by comparing & analyzing actual results with budgets/forecasts
• Work independently and extend a strong working hand to support the leadership
• Liaising with the various stakeholders with the strong communication skills and process knowledge
• Responsible for keeping process documentation upto date
• Provide support during various internal/external audits
