Contactx Resource Management is seeking a senior FP&A professional based in India. You will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for cross-border operations, with real-time support to US stakeholders beginning at 3 PM IST.

The role emphasizes transitions, leadership, and delivering operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A, with qualifications such as CPA/ACCA being highly desirable and exposure to UK

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.
• Certifications such as CPA/ACCA are highly desirable, especially UK finance/tax focus.
• Strong track record in transitioning and integrating new roles from US geography.
• Leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to US stakeholders, shift starting at 3 PM IST.
• Drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Lead transitions and onboarding of new roles with minimal disruption.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are highly desirable, especially those with a focus on UK finance and taxation
• Understanding of tools such as MS Excel, Power BI,SQL, Alteryx, VBA will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of managing transitions and integrating new roles effectively from US Geo
• 12+ years relevant experience which should be mix of Financial accounting, management accounting and FP&A.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
