Glide Brands is seeking a highly driven Manager – Founders Office to work closely with the Founders on building technology products, AI-powered automation and new digital capabilities across the Group. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of AI, technology, business and strategy, and involves designing, building, testing and deploying practical solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid prototyping and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a premium institute such as IIM / ISB / IIT or equivalent.
• Engineering / Computer Science / Technology background is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology consulting, product, AI, automation, analytics, startup or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Python.
• Experience building AI automation projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, AI tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to build prototypes rather than only create presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive and inefficient business processes that can be automated using AI and technology.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM and Operations.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation platforms and Python-based tools.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI technologies and convert useful ideas into working solutions.
• Measure the impact of automation through productivity, cost and efficiency improvements.
• Work with Founders to conceptualise and build internal technology products and business tools.
• Convert business requirements into product requirements, workflows and functional specifications.
• Develop prototypes/MVPs rapidly and take successful concepts towards deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners wherever required.

Job description

Glide Brands is a growth-focused business group building and scaling consumer and B2B brands across categories. The group has built businesses around brands such as The Face Shop, Belif, Dyson and VoltaLux in India, and continues to build new brands, products and technology-led businesses. We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Founders Office who will work closely with the Founders on building technology products, AI-powered automation and new digital capabilities across the Group.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the intersection of AI, technology, business and strategy. The candidate will work directly with the Founders to identify opportunities where technology and AI can improve the way the organisation operates, and then help design, build, test and deploy practical solutions. This is not a traditional strategy or reporting role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business problem solver and build like a technologist.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Automation Projects

• Identify repetitive and inefficient business processes that can be automated using AI and technology.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM and Operations.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation platforms and Python-based tools.
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI technologies and convert useful ideas into working solutions.
• Measure the impact of automation through productivity, cost and efficiency improvements.
• Work with Founders to conceptualise and build internal technology products and business tools.
• Convert business requirements into product requirements, workflows and functional specifications.

3. Python & AI Development

• Use Python for automation, data processing, integrations and AI applications.
• Build scripts, tools and APIs to connect different business systems.
• Work with AI/LLM APIs and develop practical AI-enabled applications.
• Explore technologies such as RAG, AI agents, workflow automation and intelligent assistants.
• Integrate technology platforms using APIs wherever required.

4. Founders Office Projects

• Work directly with the Founders on strategic and technology-led initiatives.
• Conduct rapid research on emerging technologies, products and business models.
• Analyse business problems and develop technology-led solutions.
• Prepare concise business cases, product documents and implementation plans.
• Drive cross-functional projects with speed and high ownership.

What We Are Looking For
