Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned operations leader in capital markets to oversee securities lending operations across international loans. You will manage a large team, ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs, and collaborate with global traders and clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of securities lending, mark-to-market, corporate actions, settlements, and collateral management, with 10–12 years of domain experience. BS/BA or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in capital markets and stock lending.
• Knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, settlements of FI or equity, and collateral management.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ people.
• BS/BA or Equivalent degree.

Responsibilities
