A QA Manager – Analytics & Insights will help shape the teams analytics strategy while remaining actively engaged in the design and development of high-value analytical solutions. This role will elevate the teams analytics capabilities by leveraging data, emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI), and innovative approaches to deliver proactive insights and improve quality assurance effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services processes, system infrastructure, and risk and control frameworks, along with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Identify and prioritize regulatory reporting risk and control areas where analytics can enhance QA effectiveness, improve testing coverage, and advance overall program maturity.

  • Establish and promote analytics best practices, development standards, documentation, and governance to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and well controlled.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance testing efficiency, automate manual activities, and strengthen QA outcomes.
  • Assess and incorporate emerging technologies, advanced analytics techniques, and GenAI capabilities to continuously evolve the teams analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Build strong partnerships with regulatory reporting, technology, data governance, service management, and other stakeholders to influence priorities, facilitate data access, and promote adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members by fostering analytical thinking, technical capabilities, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
