The Corporate Institute in India is seeking a finance professional to support FP&A, RTR, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, develop financial reports, dashboards and metrics, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work as an individual contributor within a team, follow defined processes, and contribute to accurate financial deliverables while handling period-end close and variance analysis.

• Support period-end close activities and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze and report on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to support business and financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key business insights.
• Apply accounting, financial, and operational principles in day-to-day activities.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team and manage assigned activities with moderate guidance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and operate effectively within a third-party/client environment.

Required Skillset:

• Strong domain understanding of FP&A, Controllership, or Core Finance (Record-to-Report/RTR).
• Hands-on experience with period-end close processes.
• Experience in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good understanding of all three financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a third-party/client-facing environment.
