Job summary

GoKwik is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen financial visibility, drive disciplined planning, and support strategic decision-making. You will build reporting systems, partner with business leaders, and ensure cost structures align with growth objectives.

You will own monthly to annual reporting, MIS, and cost reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify savings and optimize reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting within a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong command over budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Skilled in building scalable reporting frameworks and simplifying complex data into clear insights.
• Confident stakeholder manager who can partner with cross-functional leaders and influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate financial narratives with clarity.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Highly analytical with strong business judgement and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful operational actions.
