Job summary

GoKwik in India is seeking a Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen financial visibility, optimize reporting, and guide strategic decisions. You will partner with business leaders to build scalable reporting and MIS processes that support rapid growth.

You will own monthly/quarterly/annual reports, dashboards with KPIs, and cost‑planning initiatives, translating complex data into clear actionable insights for investors and executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting within a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong command over budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Skilled in building scalable reporting frameworks and simplifying complex data into clear insights.
• Confident stakeholder manager who can partner with cross-functional leaders and influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate financial narratives with clarity.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Highly analytical with strong business judgement and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful operational actions.
