Job summary

Birla Fertility & IVF – Gurgaon is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance to drive revenue assurance, billing & collections, FP&A and process excellence, while strengthening financial governance.

You will lead a team, implement ERP/automation initiatives, and create dashboards for operational efficiency, with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA or MBA Finance with relevant years of experience.
• Experience in revenue assurance, billing, collections, and governance.
• ERP experience (Oracle, AX) and BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to billing policy and plug leakages.
• Compute revenue share and ensure timely payouts.

Job Description:

Revenue Assurance , Billing & Collections

• Ensuring adherence to billing policy , derive audit and plug leakages
• Collection reconciliations conduct 3 way match and ensure Zero leakages.
• Formulate SOP's on Revenue assurance and collection
• Monitor patient advances and ensure on time settlements.
• Leads Pricing function across the clinics.

Doctor & Incentive Payouts

• Compute Revenue share and ensuring on time payouts to Doctors as per agreed Terms .
• Compute incentives across various functions as per Incentive Policy and ensure timely payouts

FP&A

• Support in Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance analysis, and MIS .
• Derive Monthly Book closure and adherence of Monthly closure checklist
• Prepare various Dashboards to derive operational efficiency
• Support in preparation of Board review decks .

Process Excellence & Automation

• Actively involved in tech based automations which includes HIS and ERP implementation , AI based automation , Advance excel etc.
• Strengthen SOPs, policy documentation, and operational checklists

Financial Oversight & Governance

• Establish robust tracking of operational spends
• Ensure DOP Adherence
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Improve audit efficiency and internal review mechanisms

• Manage and build capability within the team
