Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives, including data migration and ERP/EPM implementation, combining finance expertise with technology solutions.

You will manage engagements, drive data modeling and forecasting, and contribute to business development while mentoring teams and strengthening client relationships to improve financial operations and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience in management consulting, EPM implementation, finance transformation, or financial services domains such as banking, insurance, asset management, or wealth management.
• Strong experience in financial data modelling, dimensional data modelling, and designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with finance, risk, business rules, and data governance standards.
• Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or MS Azure, including data staging, normalization, transformation, and integration with ERP/EPM tools.
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial data modelling, dimensional data modelling, and designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with finance, risk, business rules, and data governance standards.
