Birla Fertility & IVF – Gurgaon is seeking a finance professional to drive revenue assurance, financial planning, MIS and governance across the network. This role focuses on strengthening financial controls, policy adherence and timely reporting.

You will handle budgeting, forecasting, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operating efficiency and ensure audit readiness across clinics.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA with 3–5 years experience or MBA Finance with 8–10 years.
• Experience in revenue assurance, billing and collections.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• ERP/BI tools experience (Oracle / AX, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Own revenue assurance, billing policy adherence and leakages.
• Manage collections reconciliations and 3-way match.
• Drive FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Lead process excellence and automation initiatives (ERP, AI, advanced Excel).
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and audit readiness.

Job Description

Revenue Assurance , Billing & Collections

• Ensuring adherence to billing policy , derive audit and plug leakages
• Collection reconciliations conduct 3 way match and ensure Zero leakages.
• Formulate SOP’s on Revenue assurance and collection
• Monitor patient advances and ensure on time settlements.
• Leads Pricing function across the clinics.

Doctor & Incentive Payouts

• Compute Revenue share and ensuring on time payouts to Doctors as per agreed Terms .
• Compute incentives across various functions as per Incentive Policy and ensure timely payouts

FP&A

• Support in Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance analysis, and MIS .
• Derive Monthly Book closure and adherence of Monthly closure checklist
• Prepare various Dashboards to derive operational efficiency
• Support in preparation of Board review decks .

Process Excellence & Automation

• Actively involved in tech based automations which includes HIS and ERP implementation , AI based automation , Advance excel etc.
• Strengthen SOPs, policy documentation, and operational checklists

Financial Oversight & Governance

• Establish robust tracking of operational spends
• Ensure DOP Adherence
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Improve audit efficiency and internal review mechanisms
