Credera is seeking an analytical FP&A Manager in Hyderabad to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. You will partner with senior leaders to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and drive profitability through robust financial modeling and dashboards.

The role requires a strong track record in FP&A, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills, with experience in TM1, SAP, and Power BI preferred. This is a 6-month contract based in Hyderabad.

Qualifikationen

• MBA/CA/CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• 5-7 years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred.

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership and business teams to develop strategic plans, assess performance, and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present management reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable insights to support effective decision-making.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses using TM1, SAP, Power BI and Excel.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team by setting priorities, allocating work, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Collaborate across Finance and other functions to resolve issues, improve performance, and deliver objectives.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and special projects as required.

Role Overview:-

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis. This role will partner with senior stakeholders, strengthen financial processes and controls, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership and business teams to develop strategic plans, assess performance, and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present management reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable insights to support effective decision-making.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses using advanced Excel, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, SAP, and Power BI.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team by setting clear priorities, allocating work effectively, reviewing deliverables, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Collaborate across Finance and other functions to resolve issues, improve business performance, and deliver organizational objectives.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and special projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience :-

• MBA, Chartered Accountant, CMA, or an equivalent professional finance qualification.
• 57 years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
