This role focuses on defining standards, improving throughput, and delivering automated test capabilities within a five-day onsite environment. You will collaborate with global peers and manage complex test projects across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.
  • 18-20 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in engine, powertrain, genset testing operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engine and Genset Test Manufacturing Engineering activities across the facility.
  • Develop manufacturing engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish engineering standards, testing specifications, and best practices.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve OEE and FPY.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performance engineering team.

Educational Qualifications
Required

  • Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Industry 4.0 or Automation Certifications.
