Job summary

HR Mind is seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to head its Joint Venture Finance function in Goa. The role involves guiding the CEO and project heads on financial decisions, shaping strategic and annual plans, and enforcing strong internal controls and policies to protect JV interests.

You will oversee tax compliance, risk management, and alignment with Ind AS and GAAP, while coordinating across departments and stakeholders in the Infrastructure and Service sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-10+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience of working with ERP-based accounting systems.
• Experience of working across departments and stakeholders.
• Experience of working with Infrastructure and Service Industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as Head JV Finance and take all corporate decisions in this role.
• Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in financial decision-making from time to time.

• Setup/ensure successful implementation of financial policies, internal controls and strong financial systems to guard shareholders/JV partners' interests.
• Monitor finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 10+ years of experience..
• Good knowledge of internal controls and strong financial systems.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP, Ind. AS and Tax laws

Effective communication and Analytical Ability

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and demanding JV partners.
• 8 - 10 plus years of post-qualification experience.
• Have worked in ERP based accounting system.
• Experience of fairly working across departments and stakeholders.
• Experience of working with Infrastructure and Service Industry.
