Talent Seed Hr Services in Pune, India seeks a Manager E-Motor Design Validation to lead end-to-end EV motor development from concept to validation. You will drive motor design, simulation, verification and performance optimization, and develop control strategies using FOC, DTC, SVPWM and field weakening.

Manage dynamometer testing, NVH, thermal and efficiency validation, coordinating with R&D, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Vehicle Testing and suppliers.

Role & responsibilities

Role: Manager E-Motor Design Validation

• Lead EV motor development for PMSM/Induction Motors, from concept to validation.
• Drive motor design, simulation, verification and performance optimization.
• Develop motor control strategies using FOC, DTC, SVPWM and field weakening.
• Manage MATLAB/Simulink modelling, DVP&R, DFMEA, DV/PV and safety compliance.
• Lead dynamometer testing, NVH, thermal and efficiency validation.
• Coordinate with R&D, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Vehicle Testing and suppliers.
• Manage engineering teams and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Hands-on exposure to MATLAB/Simulink, INCA, CANalyzer and CANoe..
