EXL is seeking a seasoned Back Office-Finance & Accounting professional in Noida to join our finance team. The role demands deep regulatory reporting experience, hands-on insurance accounting, and the ability to lead closing of reporting timelines under tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have CA/CPA/MBA or similar, 8-10 years in UK GAAP/IFRS reporting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and proven client-facing abilities.

Qualifikationen

• CA/CPA/MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance with 8-10 years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting (UKGAAP Reporting).
• Knowledge of Regulatory reporting concepts including accounting standards.
• Understanding of Insurance and Solvency II principles.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II reporting.
• Knowledge of Regulatory reporting, technical accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage tight deadlines and closure of reporting timelines.
• Balance quality, timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies.
• Experience with financial reporting applications (Oracle BI, Essbase/HFM, Workiva).
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, Power BI & MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong time management and multitasking.

Job Description

The role requires critical thinking, hands on experience with Regulatory reporting & insurance accountingand c apable of working with tight deadlines and lead closure of reporting timelines

Responsibilities

• In depth Knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II reporting
• Knowledge of Regulatory reporting, technical accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements
• Manage tight deadlines and closure of reporting timelines
• Effectively balance quality, timeliness and accuracy standards
• Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies
• Experience with financial reporting applications (Oracle BI, Essbase/HFM, Workiva)
• Proficiency in MS-excel, Power BI & MS PowerPoint
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the organization
