Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a Manager - Enterprise Application to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud programs and drive transformation across the enterprise. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, governance, and delivery milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, architects, consultants, and vendors.

Responsibilities include data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• Master's in Software Engineering or related field preferred.
• Oracle Cloud certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Establish program governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive requirement workshops, solution reviews, design approvals, and deployment planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Fusion application capabilities.
• Track project dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure quality, compliance, and successful adoption.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and customer presentations when required.
