Job summary

Genpact in India invites a seasoned Manager for Enterprise Applications to own Oracle Fusion Cloud programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, set project scope, schedules, and budgets, and partner with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver complex transformations.

The role focuses on data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management while tracking KPIs, ensuring quality, and achieving successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Establish program governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive requirement workshops, solution reviews, design approvals, and deployment planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Fusion application capabilities.
• Track project dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure quality, compliance, and successful adoption.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and customer presentations when required.
