Genpact in India is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Application focused on Oracle N. You will drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases and mentor DBAs to ensure high performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, enforce standards, and optimize database solutions while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven projects within a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, CS, or IT.
• Master's degree in software engineering is preferred.
• Experience leading Oracle database design and performance tuning.
